The laser generates temperature up to 2, 000 degrees. The rubber which is met by the laser-beam will vaporize! This way you get the profiled surface for example: Text and words or logogram burned
out (lasered out) from the surface of rubber sheet.
After this procedure the rubber will be washed and the rest of the burned rubber
will be removed Result would be a text-plate/logo-plate for stamps.
Quality of rubber is essential for exact and sharp-edged profiles on surface of the
Sheet (after the laser procedure)
